The Goal

Already offering cleaning supplies, PPE gear and cleaning equipment, Apex saw an opportunity to grow revenue through their eCommerce website. Having barely no online presence with limited search visibility, their online sales were suffering.

Having competitors seeing exceptional success in their eCommerce sales, it was time for Apex to match them. Apex enlisted Design Point to not only grow their online traffic but to increase their annual revenue targets.

Our Approach

We started off with a deep audit of their website, looking for any content marketing gaps and conversion opportunities to the UX design. As part of the on-page optimisation strategies, new content was published for pages across the entire website, supporting key products and categories.

Working off a website heat map and UI recordings, we were able to strategise the campaign to deliver to the right audience and optimise conversions.

The Results

The numbers speak for themselves. Just 4 months after we kicked off the campaign we had increased the website’s traffic by over 70% in organic traffic. A great job by our SEO experts to deliver these results in just a short amount of time.

Adrian from Design Point Digital somehow took the messy ideas in my mind and created a website that I couldn't even imagine. Adrian not only built my website from scratch but he taught me how to use the backend and created something so user- friendly that even I can (kind of) manage on my own. He also went to the effort of creating a personalised user guide for me to follow and teach myself a few extra tricks. On one occasion there were even some very late night technical difficulties I had which Adrian was super quick to fix and came to the rescue! The site wasn't easy to create, especially with me changing my mind every so often.. but Adrian was happy to spend as much time necessary to amend and edit every minor detail I asked of him! Design Point Digital also printed and installed professional signage at the Studio which was also hassle free, with a quick turnaround and exactly what I had envisioned.
